I needed an Ethernet hub for my new laptop, which only has two USB 3.0 ports and one USB Type-C port. This adapter was highly recommended by other Revain customers and I decided to trust them and order it. I liked the fact that it also has more USB 3.0 ports so I can connect my external hard drives for virtual machines and backups. When I first plugged it in, I had no network connection through the Ethernet port. To fix this on Windows, just go to "Device Manager", expand "Network Adapters" and you will see the Realtek Ethernet driver there. Right-click the Realtek driver and select Update driver. If you are using Windows 10, it should quickly find an updated driver online, download and install it. I was then able to connect to the network through the Ethernet port.
