Review on Smart Watch HUAWEI Watch 3 Pro Classic Wi-Fi NFC RU, grey/brown by Aneta Szewczyk ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I was surprised by the quality for the price.

It may seem that there are more cons. But the main disadvantage is the expectation that this watch will replace the smartphone. These are the same GT2 Pro, the same super materials, ergonomics, a cool wheel, endless autonomy - a layer of opportunities for the future is simply laid down: NFC, eSIM, HarmonyOS, operative and built-in. Now the watch can only offer to stay connected outside the smartphone, albeit in the simplest way. I just burned with the idea for a long time to abandon the smartphone in favor of independent watches. I don’t need bells and whistles anymore, I have a tablet and a laptop, all I need from a smartphone is to be at hand and stay in touch. But the concept of "staying in touch" in the modern world is so broad that it is no longer enough to wear a 3310 on your hand with a dripping screen. You need to be able to use instant messengers, voice, emoticons, pictures, moreover, in both directions. There is the Internet and a gorgeous screen, buckets on androids 2.3 could even do more, often with the same characteristics. Therefore, there is hope that it will be possible to overtake Samsung in the race for independence. I can safely say that this is a finished and improved version of the gt2 pro, even including the fact that freelace adequately switches between devices on this watch, which caused problems on the previous device. Do they cost twice as much? Well, given that the gt2 pro received a unit from me and a return to the store, this watch is basically at least something. Therefore, I give them 5, although I should have put 3-4, because the overrated rating of that model infuriates me. And do not believe anyone who says that there are batteries for a day. I won't let you slander. Yes, when the watch starts ating the firmware via vafai, and you are sitting playing with screens and applications, you can directly feel how much the watch heats up and, obviously, eats up the battery (LIKE ANY SMARTPHONE). If you turn off all the garbage (which already does not work in the pairing) - here, the middle of the fourth day, 4 hours before the next charge, 21% on the clock, i. E. They will live at least until the morning, if not until the evening. And there is always an endless mode for masochists ;)

Pros
  • I will compare with the baby gt2 pro, because I returned them just for the sake of this miracle. Not as big as everyone says. Slightly thicker than GT2 PRO, almost identical in size. The battery is decent. I have a shift schedule, I charge the watch every four days while I go to the shower (yes, I'm a pig). They crawl, however, sometimes in power saving mode, but this is a matter of the volume of calls through the clock and the timely closing of background applications. The story is repeated with the first smartphones that "lived a day, not like my Nokia, two weeks." Just use the battery wisely, or better yet, turn everything off altogether: this Li-ion monster will outlive the Nokia three times. There is an infinite battery mode - if you transfer them to "extra super savings" (per percent from gt2 and liteOS), they live somewhere . I could not check, because it was spent at two percent a day, but I didn’t return it for that gt2 to walk around with their neutered version for two months. It feels like they can spend a percentage per day, if used at all as a watch. AlwaysOn has been finished, now EVERY dial has its own version. With pleasure, I turned off this slow (as before) mode "by raising my hand" and switched to cool dials, I even bought a couple. In the settings, however, there are those same 3.5 dials in case some dial cannot do this, but among the start ones, some are also declared without this function, but in fact they are somehow simplified to alwayson. And yes, my watch lives 4 days with this function, albeit almost at the minimum brightness. eSIM works, but with the main three, completely getting rid of plastic. I’ll tell you more in CONS, because she drank blood from me uhh
Cons
  • The main drawback is that on 10/02/21 the clock is still infinitely raw and dependent. Like Samsung 4, there are one and a half applications. And despite the fact that even an application for answering SMS has already arrived (wow, cool, a $ 500 watch can answer at least something), without a phone they cannot do anything. You can't completely abandon your smartphone, even with eSIM, vafai and tons of memory on board. The music icon flaunts on promo lists - nonsense, there is no such application, you will not be able, as I dreamed, to download music there and just listen without a phone. There is a FB, but it's just a music switcher (tell someone to them that in duplicating notifications and managing music, the clock can do without external applications), I walked casually, but let's go back: the watch still cannot answer anything but calls. No emoticons, voice messages, even a picture, like a year ago in the past hours, they are not able to open. And they can not answer with any of the above. The climax of the madness is that, despite the eSIM, they are not able to receive SMS themselves. That's right, if for some reason you are as original as I am and transfer the main number to the watch, the realization will come very quickly that you are left without any confirmation by SMS. And you will have to run back to rebind the number on the plastic. And God forbid you will not pay by this moment any of the long-term tariffs for smart watches / things - it will simply disappear, as it happened with me. On the little things - sometimes the built-in application for running blunts, skipping run intervals and switching to step intervals. Thank you, of course, but I still went out to run and now I'll freeze XD
