Bad material in towing items and winches
Bought and left unused for 3 months due to COVID-19 and left in garage. I opened the box and found that the ball the clip is attached to was broken and now I can't return it because the time has run out. I think you get what you get if you go for the cheapest product. I do not recommend this product. Not because mine broke, but because of the cheap stuff it's made of.
