I installed 14 pairs of these and I do not believe the issue is due to my install. Saying that, instructions are not provided which is very odd. If one of your pair stops working properly, drawers don’t close 100% unless you push them in. This leaves a gap where the drawer is not flush to the cabinet and it looks ugly (see photo of top drawer). The issue is with the spring mechanism not getting pulled back out when you open the drawer. This appears to rely on a little metal pin that slips into a groove on the rail. See pictures - one is out (good) and the other didn’t come back out (bad). Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t…. you can manually fix it by getting under the drawer and pulling the mechanism forward. After this, it might work for a while… But this is a real pain and if it wasn’t such a hassle to remove all of these, I would be returning them. I also have 4 large pantry drawers and the auto close only really dampens and doesn’t pull. The drawers weigh about 40lbs max and these are rated for 100lbs. Again, not functioning as expected. I suggest you try a different brand with a different spring mechanism.
