Excellent runner. The balance bike itself has 3 positions: 3-wheel bike (rear frame extended as much as possible, wheels in 1st position) 3-wheel balance bike (rear frame is not narrowed to the end, the wheels are moved to the 2nd position) 2-wheel balance bike (rear frame brought together, wheels moved to 3rd position) These three positions are shown on the balance bike box, but the instructions do not say so. Daughters 1.7 height 90 - sits on it, legs reach the floor. The seat is all the way down
