First of all, this product is for those of us who are obsessed with the look and condition of our car. I just applied System X Diamond Nano Coat Ceramic to my new BMW X5. It took 5 days to prepare the paint, apply the ceramic and cure properly. Upon completion, the detailing shop owner insists that I ONLY use Carpro products. As soon as I received the product I had a question about the dilution rate so I emailed the product address on Sunday and received a response in less than 24 hours. The shampoo is very concentrated, there is a lot of foam. The washing process was almost effortless and after blow-drying my car, the result was impressive. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who cares about the looks and durability of their car's exterior.
