These fenders fit well but even the fitting instructions that come with it say 'no drilling required'. It was necessary to drill 2 holes in the fascias as there is only 1 factory fastener. The holes are in the plastic expander and fender liner so there is no risk of corrosion when drilling the metal wing itself. In the back they aren't drilled, but you'll need a longer bottom bolt than VW's and the one that comes in the kit. Drill application as advertised. Let's see how they hold up. It would be nice if they were textured to match the car's plastic.
