Bought a box of 100 ¼ x 3 ¼ to attach 2 x 4 (flat side) to concrete through 1x4 standoffs (total wood thickness = 2 ¼"). I drilled a hole deep Enough I've seen about 50% failures where the threads of the bolts have worn down to the point where the bolts just spin freely.I used an impact wrench at first but it was only able to on 2 bolts out of 20 fully "insert" the screw. Most times I've resorted to a ratchet and hand tightened it and still had a high failure rate so I ran off and bought a few boxes of spax, no problem with the ones they each have Let's work.Very disappointed with MKT.
