I've been using them for about a month now and I'm incredibly disappointed in them every time I do. The magnets are very weak. Instead of embedding one large magnet in the bottom of the tray, the manufacturer chose to use 5 small round magnets (one in each corner and one in the middle). They are incredibly flimsy, barely holding the trays to the lift arms or the side of my toolbox. Anything that fits in the tray needs to be placed directly on the magnet, and eventually it can't hold everything and things will fall out if even gently nudged. I am very very dissatisfied with this product, $3 regular magnetic metal parts shells outperform them by a mile.
