I've been using them for about a month now and I'm incredibly disappointed in them every time I do. The magnets are very weak. Instead of embedding one large magnet in the bottom of the tray, the manufacturer chose to use 5 small round magnets (one in each corner and one in the middle). They are incredibly flimsy, barely holding the trays to the lift arms or the side of my toolbox. Anything that fits in the tray needs to be placed directly on the magnet, and eventually it can't hold everything…

The product is very small. Actually too small. Magnets are weak and will not stick to metal surfaces. It also doesn't hold nuts and bolts well. Once the bottom is covered, items you place on top of others won't stick to the pieces underneath. This is because they share the same magnet that keeps them on the surface.
