Bought because the price was better than the competition so it was a big plus and it has almost all the features I wanted. The first one that came didn't work on any device I tried. I even spent about 45 minutes contacting Revain support for help to get it working to no avail. Then they came back and got another one. Was very excited to use it today only to find it wasn't working properly either. Several devices connected to the USB port worked this time, but not all. I contacted support again and they didn't know how to fix the problem either. So it's a little disappointing that you received two of these devices and they didn't work both times, plus the time you spent getting support, plus the time you have to spend returning them each time. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer to have this corrected for the next shipment.
