Excellent customer service

The nuts and bolts were plain steel, poor quality, with uneven threads on the bolts. Returned.Edit. Although I was initially sent the wrong item, I was contacted by customer service who quickly resolved the issue. The nuts are not anodized, but quality parts. The screws have a waxed black oxide finish and come with nice plastic washers that prevent scratching of the hardware.
