Overall it's good but I expect more, there are some downsides.
With its pros: Cooler is definitely good. r9-5900X at stable 4200 temperature up to 70 degrees. Some cons: Nowhere does it say that it is not suitable for miniITX boards. If you install this cooler, the kit simply won't fit into the case. And since it has already been printed, they will not accept it back from you.
