When the drive stopped working I did some research online and found exactly what went wrong. I had an additional problem installing the Truck Vault in my Suburban. If you watch the drive replacement video, you will be told that you must remove the inner panels to manually open the door. This is not possible with the Truck Vault! Luckily I found a video showing how to open the sunroof without removing the panels, once the sunroof is open everything else is pretty easy. I like to buy local when I can, but the drive available locally was from the national chain and sold for $126! This one fits perfectly, works great, and only costs $20. If you need it, buy it!
