Review on 🔪 Mercer Culinary Millennia Black Handle, 11-Inch Slicer: Slice with Precision and Comfort by Jennifer Wilson

This knife is super sharp as many reviews have said. I've been using it for a while and haven't seen any signs of it dulling or reducing its ability to do its job. This knife cuts through breast, steaks, pork tenderloin, tenderloin and ham like butter. I'm very happy to have seen all the other reviews showing people cutting themselves with this knife that have not yet experienced it due to the extra care I take with it (mainly because of those reviews). I will point out that taking this knife out of the box is difficult due to the risk of injury due to the difficulty. I can't give a rating because of this one shortcoming, because it does a great job and can be avoided with a little care with knives of this caliber.
