Extremely detailed: Needlework

I knit stockings for the whole family and have only recently started. I was shocked at how small the amount of Aida was (for a stocking!) and it took a little longer than I expected. The colors are great and the chart is easy to follow. The chart spans three pages, which can be unwieldy at times, and the overlapping stitches from chart to chart are *not* marked. Even if finding the place is not very difficult, I would not recommend this to a beginner for this reason and because of the extremely high number of stitches. Great buy for the more experienced embroiderer!
