The tool really met my expectations, but I didn't get a stuck cutter or screwdriver. To be honest I wouldn't use a free promotional screwdriver. In any case, the inclusion in the kit did not appeal to me. I'm not sure I would use a blocked cutter. Maybe I wouldn't use it at all, maybe I'd use it seldom. So basically I got what I needed. However, I deduct a star for each missing item. Considering they were advertised I think I'm being generous in my star rating but that would be a whole different story if there weren't any stock cutters. On the other hand, the instrument feels solid and precise. He's heavier than I expected. It is a carefully crafted and beautifully crafted instrument. The bearing runs smoothly with no play. The knife is sharp enough for what it's supposed to do, but not too sharp. Otherwise, the sharp edge may be damaged by pressing hard into the wood. The metric and inch scales are engraved and contrast well. They are also accurate according to my digital caliper. Overall I'm happy with the tool and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't need a cheap screwdriver and is unsure whether or not they need a stationary cutter.
