I really liked this protein powder. I've only used it with almond milk, in my smoothies, in muffins, waffles and also in oatmeal. I find it tastes good, and while it's a bit chalky like I find with protein powders in general, I really enjoy it when I just mix it up with almond milk or cashew milk, both of which I drink regularly. I have a hard time staying full and actually felt like this is one of the only protein powders that actually fills me up like eating a meal. I liked that it is plant based, the ingredients are recognizable, it has no sugar and the price was reasonable. The only thing I didn't like was that it actually had to be blended so that it blended well with plant-based milk. I tried just shaking it in one of those cocktail cups with a stainless steel ball that acts as a whisk and it was still lumpy. I ended up throwing it in a blender to smooth it out. However, this is true of most protein powders, so this lack will definitely not stop me from using this powder regularly. In fact, I've had it for 2 weeks now and I use it literally every day!
