The product looks like a toy. The control buttons also require batteries to work, which seems like an odd, second-rate design. The cable is ridiculously small. For my purposes, this product does the job. It's letting off steam and hasn't broken yet. I can't comment on how well it removes stains or cleans hard floors. What worries me is that there is a card inside asking for a 5 star rating in exchange for an Amazon gift card. Not cool.
