I usually buy filters for my truck at the local parts store. I'm trying to save a few bucks. I thought it was half the price. Let us try it. TERRIBLE decision. These fuel filters are too limited. Midnight nowhere to check. Waiting for the morning, found car parts oreilly. Check codes. 5 encodes all low fuel line pressures. I tried cleaning it and returned it immediately. I go back to the site, buy Wix filters and change them. Clear codes and restart engine. Since then the car has run perfectly. It could have been a catastrophic failure. Run fast and far away from these filters. Sent back as defective.
