Installed on a 2018 HPX615e - Total install time was approximately 4 hours. As others have pointed out, the instructions are not very good. My main complaint was that I had to trim the firewall a bit - otherwise the steering shaft would be slapped. From some research this seems to be quite common. Annoyingly, the instructions don't mention it, and you never know it's a problem until you've completed the installation and see what's bothering you. At this point, you should parse the whole thing to make room for firewall pruning. If you were asked to check the vulnerability immediately, it wouldn't matter much. Installation Tips: - Remove the hood - this makes access to the rack much easier and it's only 2 screws. - Think about what other things you have that might complicate installing electronics - my HPX has a controller for the plow as well as some non-original lights which made it a bit difficult to find a place under the hood for wiring . - Take a picture of the back of the dashboard when you take it off so you can remember where you unplugged the wires. :) The end result when you play around with the instructions is AWESOME. I have a big 6 foot BOSS snow blower on the front of the HPX and I can turn the handlebars with one hand even when installed – the power steering is absolutely perfect. Installation is tedious, but the end result is worth it.
