I have been using this low melting point solder for many years. Use some flux and add a small drop of this solder. I usually use a regular soldering iron and heat it up so this fusible material mixes well. Then the component simply falls off. It takes a little practice and a different technique depending on the part to be removed. I've sometimes used a heat gun after adding low melting point solder just to make it easier to heat all the solder joints at once. In any case, I tried to buy low melting point solder from different suppliers in other countries at a cheaper price. and things just didn't work. This is real and at a good price.
