Good solid pliers with rounded corners, direction is so-so

I like the cutting power and clean cuts. It took some fine tuning how far the card traveled with the 1/4 blade guide plates (which the unit already had), but when I switched to a 3/8 blade it became a limited direction issue. They don't make it clear that simply changing the blade means that the bottom plate that makes contact with the blade must also be removed and rotated so both reflect the radius of the cut. The instructions list the parts but do not show the parts to remove or the hex screws used.
