Great for relaxation
It took a while to figure out the controls,but it is well worth it. I occasionally get migraines, but I haven't had one since purchasing this (knock on wood) so I can't speak to that aspect. That said, I also suffer from insomnia. When I use this mask, it is literally lights out for me. I don't have to use it going to sleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep, I put this on massage only and I can get back to sleep quickly and wake up refreshed in the morning. Highly recommend
