It's metric, not (1:4 ")
I don't think you should mention 1/4" on this product! This is an M6 metric but is misleading as it is in brackets (1/4 inch). Instead, the metric should be in parentheses, (M6, metric), then there's no cheating! I got them to work by turning them out 1/4, but I wasn't too happy. I'll read the fine print next time!
