Review on DEWALT DW7350 Planer Integrated Mobile by Jamie Mousavi

Good stable stand with some features

I am very satisfied with this stand. Once assembled, the stand is very solid and the mobile base works well. The assembly instructions are not actual instructions, just a diagram showing how everything comes together. You decide in which order you collect things. There is indeed an error in the diagram. As you can see in the photo the pencil is pointing to, the diagram shows that the top rear crossbar is OUTSIDE the legs. Therefore, the frame cannot be assembled correctly. The rear cross member must be INSIDE the legs as shown in the front cross member illustration. This will become clear to you upon collection. The mounting diagram shows 2 ways to mount the foot pedal/caster wheel (inside or outside the bottom frame). If you use an internal mount, you need to flip the pedal (see photo), otherwise the pedal will be difficult to reach under the shelf, especially for lifting the pedal to raise the swivel wheel. To flip, all you have to do is loosen the C-clip and remove the pedal pivot bolt, flip the pedal the other way, and then reassemble. Plane to stand, which requires a 13 wrench. Not just a different size, but a transition from standard to metric (really?) The bottom shelf doesn't take much weight without flexing. Piece of plywood 3/4" thick down to keep it from bending. The only thing I don't like about the design of this stand is that the bottom frame and fixed wheels are outside of the base of the legs. . As a result, is the total area of the stand is larger than the top of the stand, and I can't place it as close to a wall or other tools as I would like when I store it.
