Servo defective - no customer service

Seems like a great project for my 10 year old. Assembled normally but the servo didn't work. It got very hot and obviously defective, but my email to the manufacturer went unanswered (no support). The actuator motor moved a little but then got very hot and would not obey commands. UPDATE: SunFounder sent me a replacement servo and it's working great now. Please note that there is very little explanation in the manual of what is meant by visual programming. To do this, you need to download and install DragIt from Sunfounder. Information can be found on the Internet.
