There are times where the app will crash so it is not user friendly in some cases. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for an easy way to keep all of their medical records in one place at home or while they're traveling. It has been easier to have access to my record when needed with no need to print out paper copies every time! This helps me save money by printing less since there isn't much material being printed out anymore!
