Hit or miss in replacement parts
I'm on the second derailleur now. The first switch I bought had problems from the start. 200-185 quickly became 212-185. It wasn't quite what I wanted, but the switch worked and held the motor in place. The switch died after 3 days. I currently have a second switch and it activates the fan relay at 201 degrees and is much more accurate. I would tie the interlock toggle switch to ground in case the switch fails.
