Review on ๐Ÿชš 100-Pack of 5-Inch 8-Hole 800 Grit Sanding Discs with Hook and Loop for Random Orbital Sander Sandpaper by Isaiah Boys

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Five stars for economy and practicality.

I have a woodworking workshop; Powermatic 66 5HP table saw and the list goes on. I'm very picky about quality. I appreciate expensive grinding wheels because they last a wheel longer on average. I've come across cheap drives that will empty almost as soon as you start using them; it's not them. I'm impressed by the sand and the bite. I wonder if this is the same manufacturer that makes them for the big ones. I have a philosophy and that applies to grinding discs, milling cutters and chisels, for example. I buy some of the best for my regular use, but I'm also not afraid to snag something that users rate highly at a real bargain price. I remember paying about $40 for a 40-bit set of routers of all types and styles, and I don't hesitate to use them when I need an unusual profile. I've had them for years and they don't get used like, for example, one of my sets of Freud convex cutters, but when I use them as a spare they work beautifully. So I wouldn't. Don't be afraid to buy this disc set. The back adheres acceptably and the grain on the front is grippy if you put that word. In general, they last a little longer than their price usually suggests. So don't waste your expensive drives on projects that don't guarantee the last 10%. Get a set of these. You will find that you use them more often than not.
