I used this white chocolate in my small clay pot to melt chocolate and make desserts for friends' bachelorette parties. They came out like cream cheese and took forever to melt very runny. I did a double boiler on the stove and it still came out like cream cheese. I've used the reduction as instructed when it doesn't work the way it should. Nothing worked. It was the worst white chocolate ever. Thank god I had my own bag of brown chocolate from some store as a backup. In the slow cooker, the chocolate turned out just perfect. It was like chocolate fondue. All I did was dip the material in and it came out so smooth. I don't know what the heck happened to the white chocolate I bought here.
