I've had my eye on EV chargers for a long time. A lot of the 16A's seem a bit sketchy and I was nervous about basically burning my garage down. I finally pulled the trigger and am very happy with it. It feels very strong and the connection to my sheet is smooth and firm, but not tight. No problem using it - I had to replace the 240v socket with the 6-20 plug I use, but it's very clever that they include a standard 110v adapter so you can use it straight away when You need to figure out how to get a second level exit. You will need to connect it to a 20 amp circuit breaker and I would recommend making sure it is grounded if you have an old style (10-30) electrical dryer outlet which sometimes is not grounded. I'm happy about a nice jump in loading speed. from my 110 volt outlet and there is actually an efficiency gain so charging is actually a bit cheaper!
