Very easy to read
We sugared for the first time last year and found it would help to have a few things like a hydrometer and this refractometer is another cool tool to check the sugar content in the juice. That will then tell you how long and brutal the cooking process will be. Less sugar in the juice means longer cook times and more juice to make a gallon of syrup. We look forward to the next shugaring season!
