The software is very easy to use, it's intuitive and provides a good overview of your employees emotions. It also has an excellent feature that allows you to customize your reports in order to provide a more personal approach for each employee. Sometimes it takes some time to understand how to use all features. I would like to have more options to configure the reports. Also, sometimes it can be difficult to access the different sections of the program. It's a great tool to help manage employee emotions, as well as to create more engaging communication with them. It helps us to understand what their needs are.
