The software is very easy to use, it's intuitive and provides a good overview of your employees emotions. It also has an excellent feature that allows you to customize your reports in order to provide a more personal approach for each employee. Sometimes it takes some time to understand how to use all features. I would like to have more options to configure the reports. Easy to learn, can be used by anyone with basic computer skills without any training required for them (including non-technical). There are many options that you need some time playing around before deciding what suits best in your case study project needs or research questions as well!
