Hard to tell, good quality
Replaced the VTEC assembly twice (once under warranty) with an Oriellys Dorman which cost more expensive, and continued code P2646. I replaced it with this one and it works fine (2 weeks). Find out. It looks exactly like the OEM/Dorman units, actually when you put them side by side you can't tell them apart. Fits well and has worked flawlessly so far.
