Attractive filament, but big tangling issues leading to failed prints

I enjoyed the look of this filament. Unfortunately, after about 20% of the roll was used, a tangle caused a long print to fail. I unrolled past the tangle, but found more of them and what appeared to be an incredibly poorly wound left 10% of the roll. I've contacted Hatchbox and am waiting to hear back on any options for a resolution.Edit: Hatchbox customer support was great and made things right. However, the product isn't available through any source I can find so I cant provide a better review of the quality of the product.

Pros

This filament is non-toxic, making it safe to use indoors and in small spaces

Cons

May not be suitable for use with certain printing software
