This thing nearly broke my computer. I plugged it into an available USB port, then it went ahead and installed its drivers. When that was done, I connected my wireless headphones to him, which he recognized but no sound came through them. I then went into the sound settings to change the default audio from my speakers to headphones as others have suggested, but that didn't work either. So I restarted my computer thinking maybe that would fix the problem. nope The computer wouldn't even boot and prompted me to restore an old system backup because it had "recently installed faulty hardware". I've tried restarting it multiple times to no avail. I even tried restoring it to no avail. Then I finally unplugged and restarted the bluetooth dongle and it booted right up like nothing ever happened. Stay away from this piece of junk if you want your computer to work.
