
It was easy for our HR team members who were new at this tool to use as it looked very familiar when compared to other tools they had used previously (eHarmony). I liked how you could see what your employees are doing in real time so there wasn't any guesswork involved about where someone may be falling behind or not meeting expectations of their job responsibilities etc.. Some features such as being able to easily add employee profiles would have been nice but overall we didn’t really find anything negative either! We realized some areas within certain departments weren;'s getting enough attention from managers which also helped us understand better why an individual might need additional coaching/training vs having them take over more responsibility themselves without guidance - This made things easier because now all parties can work towards solving these issues instead of waiting until one person becomes overwhelmed by something else before addressing others concerns around performance management etc...
