Great tool if all we need are basic summary metrics

I like the fact that it connects directly to our ticketing system. It also pulls in data from other systems such as Jira and Slack. The only thing I don't like about this product is that you cannot create your own dashboards. You have to use their templates. This can be a little frustrating for someone who wants to build their own dashboard but still want the benefits of using Allocate Insight. Allocate-Insight - Simple yet powerful time tracking

I like how easy it was for my team members to use this tool compared to other platforms we have used in the past (like Excel). The platform has been very helpful so far but there are some features I would love if they could add more insights into our data or make improvements in general. It took us about an hour of training before everyone understood what each feature did/did not do as well. If you want something simple - go ahead! Remote task manager - great tool if done right

The ability of allocating resources across teams. Having more than one user allowed us to use different colors for each person with their respective roles or projects. It was not easy at first but after some time we were able to work out how it functions. I do dislike that there are no mobile apps yet so you can't have an app in your pocket while working from home which may cause problems sometimes. We used it mainly during off hours (evenings) when other people weren't around to help. This way

Great platform and great value per user

It was easy for our HR team members who were new at this tool to use as it looked very familiar when compared to other tools they had used previously (eHarmony). I liked how you could see what your employees are doing in real time so there wasn't any guesswork involved about where someone may be falling behind or not meeting expectations of their job responsibilities etc.. Some features such as being able to easily add employee profiles would have been nice but overall we didn’t really find…
