The ability of allocating resources across teams. Having more than one user allowed us to use different colors for each person with their respective roles or projects. It was not easy at first but after some time we were able to work out how it functions. I do dislike that there are no mobile apps yet so you can't have an app in your pocket while working from home which may cause problems sometimes. We used it mainly during off hours (evenings) when other people weren't around to help. This way we could allocate our tasks without having to wait for someone else who would be free only at specific times of the day.
