
I like the fact that it connects directly to our ticketing system. It also pulls in data from other systems such as Jira and Slack. The only thing I don't like about this product is that you cannot create your own dashboards. You have to use their templates. This can be a little frustrating for someone who wants to build their own dashboard but still want the benefits of using Allocate Insight. We needed to provide reports to the leadership team and give them the ability to drill down into the data quickly and easily.
