Very poor quality and unsuitable for smaller circlips
Summary: Unusable due to very poor quality. I absolutely do not recommend it. Pros: The design itself is decent. Cons: Replaceable clips are loose; metal rusts; The tabs on the ends appear to be soldered (not machined) and will not fit most smaller diameter (less than 1 inch) snap rings (retaining rings). What I ended up with was less than what I expected: a poorly designed tool that I can't use due to its shortcomings. However, they were cheap, so don't fret.
