Difficult to find replacement seals
I like the way it cooks, but, sadly, I’m sending mine back. I’ve used it several times, but each time it takes several attempts to get the lid to seal tight. Eventually it seals and then cooks well. I checked to find replacement seals and I can’t find them. I read that I have to send it in to have the seal replaced. I’m afraid that is not acceptable to me.
- It works great. Easy to use. I made pulled pork and it was amazing.
- It is difficult to clean after use
