Good and Bad

Got this for my 2006 Honda Element. I set my torque wrench to 33 lb-ft and knew immediately something was wrong. You know that feeling when you tighten a screw and it just won't tighten any further, that's what happened, so I stopped about a half turn and I bet I carefully unscrewed it. Of course it had snapped at the top of the threads. I requested a replacement item and it arrived quickly in Honda packaging. The exchange went perfectly.
