Installation is simple and typical. The work becomes more difficult if the car has a rear air conditioning system. Immediately after installation, the idler pulley danced continuously about 1/8 inch and the belt squeaked (perhaps screamed more vividly) continuously. During installation I noticed that the creases made into the strap to fit the box were difficult to untangle and there seemed to be one spot that was tougher than the rest of the strap - so I figured that these things would work after an accumulated amount of heat and mileage. I was wrong! The belt failed after 30 days and 1000 miles. I have an order for a new belt from O'Reilly. The kit could have been much better with a standard belt, more tension, and non-grooved idler pulleys with tie sides.
