My chrome molybdenum steel The metal is cheap and soft. SEE the attached photo. I had to remove the belt tensioner on my Jeep Liberty 3.7. The head of the bolt was rounded and I couldn't get a good grip on it with a regular head. That's what this thing is for, right? Incorrect. "Magic flanges" that are supposed to hold the screw head on the surface deform. The screw looks the same as it did at the beginning. The metal in these things is softer than the head of the screw, so the "nutcracker" deformed, leaving the screw unmoved or broken. Return this overpriced, low quality item immediately.
