Great cloud-based solution for absence management

It's easy to use - I can log in from anywhere using my laptop/mobile device at anytime of day or night (if needed). The whole system works well without glitches once you've got it set up! You need some time getting used to but after that its great value compared to other systems we had previously been working within our organisation before switching over. We are solving issues around scheduling staff which was an area where there were previous gaps between what managers wanted done as opposed to actually being able meet peoples needs.

Pros

That everything is very simple when logged into; all data inputted accurately for ease later retrieval, ability with team management features such like shift allocation etc., user friendly environment &, intuitive interface design makes work quicker than ever!!!!!...The only downside would be how long one must wait until new updates roll out..but this may also depend upon your internet connection too..maybe
