Great tool in improving customer service and operations efficiency, especially during COVID

The most helpful thing was that it helped us understand our patient population better than we did before by allowing for more targeted marketing efforts with specific populations within them! It also allowed me as an RN/BCBS member access into my own records which I appreciate greatly when trying to find information pertaining specifically towards myself or members who are paying out-of pocket versus covered under BCBSApp / BlueCrossBlueShield insurance plan benefits!! Nothing at this time but please continue working toward your goal. We were able improve upon previous methods used while keeping costs low so now can be utilized across multiple locations without having additional staff hired per location just yet.
