Great tool in improving customer service and operations efficiency, especially during COVID

The most helpful thing was that it helped us understand our patient population better than we did before by allowing for more targeted marketing efforts with specific populations within them! It also allowed me as an RN/BCBS member access into my own records which I appreciate greatly when trying to find information pertaining specifically towards myself or members who are paying out-of pocket versus covered under BCBSApp / BlueCrossBlueShield insurance plan benefits!! Nothing at this time but…

Great User Friendly Solution For Admin Of Large Hospital

I like how easy it was for me as an administrator or physician supervisor/manager at my facility with no coding experience whatsoever! The system allows you access from any device so that's great too!! It takes some time getting used but once we got our ducks lined up this tool has been fantastic. We have seen significant improvement across all levels within each department which makes us look good internally AND externally when reporting back to insurance companies regarding patient…

  • Great customer support team who is responsive via phone / email they are always there if needed :) ! Very organized software solution..all data inputted in one place where everyone can see what needs doing next..no more double entry errors due missing information

MediQuire - Ease in Implementation & Reporting

The MediQuire product is user friendly, and the training is easy to implement. The product needs more robust reporting options. We recently made changes to our provider portal. This was easy to integrate with the MediQuire system. While implementing the MediQuire data management solution I am working with the sales team to train new users and implement the solutions I want to implement. I recommend it because of the ease of use and functionality of the software. We solved many of our reporting
